The difference between this CLEAN 30 challenge and my previous 2 is simply adding in alternate day fasting. On my “eat days” we eat keto and on my “fast” days we do protein sparing modified fasting. If you don’t want to do the fasting portion of the challenge, don’t! There’s no right or wrong answer here. You can also attempt intermittent fasting or extended fasting for those fasting days as well. Let’s do this!
