Smoked Corned Beef
This is our go to recipe for St. Patrick's day. You can roast this in the oven if you don't have a smoker but we obviously think using a smoker is best!
- 1 corned beef rinsed
- 3 TBS coarse ground black pepper
- 1 TBS paprika
- 2 tsp coarse ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 250 degreesRemove corned beef from package and rinse well. Add to a bowl of water and soak for one to two hours. Remove and pat dry.Add spice rub and either bake or smoke until desired doneness. Ours took 5 hours to smoke.
