Smoked Corned Beef

This is our go to recipe for St. Patrick's day. You can roast this in the oven if you don't have a smoker but we obviously think using a smoker is best!

  • 1 corned beef rinsed
  • 3 TBS coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 TBS paprika
  • 2 tsp coarse ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • Preheat your oven or smoker to 250 degrees
    Remove corned beef from package and rinse well. Add to a bowl of water and soak for one to two hours. Remove and pat dry.
    Add spice rub and either bake or smoke until desired doneness. Ours took 5 hours to smoke.
