Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Spray a 9x13 roasting pan with avocado oil. Place chicken in pan. Sprinkle all spices over raw chicken and rub onto both sides. Bake for 20 mins or until juices run clear.
Notes
I like to re-use spice containers and make up a big batch of salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder and paprika. I will keep it handy for those nights where I'm in a rush and need a dry rub that tastes great on chicken or beef!
