This is a recipe that we make often because it really takes minimal time to prepare. The sirloin steaks are butterflied and lightly seasoned and then grilled to perfection. The side options for this is always endless but my favorite is broccoli.

Steamed Broccoli

Instructions
- Prepare your sirloin steaks as desired. I like to butterfly the steaks after trimming the steaks of the membrane and connective tissue. Cut the steaks evenly down the middle but only about 7/8 of the way through allowing the steaks to lay flat. Next, drizzle mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper on each side. Grill around 500 degrees.Meanwhile, prepare the butter sauce. Add the butter to a microwave safe dish and add the spices. Mix and microwave until melted.Steam broccoli (fresh or frozen) until desired tenderness. Add butter, salt and pepper and mix.
