1 pound okra, chopped
10 oz tomatoes
6 oz white onion, chopped
1 TBS salted butter
4 TBS avocado oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 TBS marsala wine, dry (optional)
Chop all veggies up and set aside. Add avocado oil to a fry pan and then add onion. Brown onion for 5 mins before adding in okra. Once the okra gets strings it’s time to add the wine. Saute for about 2 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients. Makes 12 servings.
