3 pounds chicken tenders
2 TBS avocado oil
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 TBS lemon juice
Fresh cracked pepper
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken. Grill the chicken or bake the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165.
