1 pound steak (I used top sirloin)
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Mashed Cauliflower
1 large head of cauliflower, florets
2 cups bone broth
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Steamed asparagus
1 bag of frozen asparagus
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon avocado oil
salt & pepper to taste
