This is an updated keto ranch dressing to my original blog post. I like to switch things up and after being keto for so long, it’s nice to have another go-to ranch dressing. It’s super easy to make and if you use a large mason jar it will keep in the fridge up to a week. Be warned, we barely get ours to last a week. My kids use ranch to eat everything with and it even gets them to eat gobs of vegetables!
Here’s how to make it! Serving size is 2 Tablespoons.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams mayonnaise
- 35 grams sour cream
- 58 grams heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 tsp chives
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
