Pumpkin Spice Chaffle

Every now and then you want pumpkin or something sweet! Well this pumpkin spice chaffle will hit the spot! It’s a variation of my the other chaffle recipe I make all the time. Here’s how to make it!

  • 50 grams egg whites
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 3 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 TBS psyllium husk powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 TBS pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese for waffle iron

Heat your waffle iron. Mix up all ingredients except the psyllium husk powder and extra mozzarella cheese. Once mixed then add psyllium husk powder and mix quickly.

Sprinkle a tiny bit of the extra mozzarella cheese into waffle iron. Add half of the batter into the center of the waffle iron. Top with more mozzarella cheese and close lid. Cook until done and then place on a cooling rack. Repeat with second chaffle.

Mix topping and spread on cooked chaffles.

Makes 2 large chaffles.

  1. I love everything that you have taught me. You have inspired me to stay the course. My only question is what are the macros on the pumpkin chaffles. TIA. Have a great journey

    1. Made this tonight for dinner and it was amazing!! I topped it with keto pumpkin spiced whipped cream in addition to the frosting. Total win. Thank you for the recipe!

  2. These look amazing. I am so Chaffle addicted. Trying this tomorrow. Ordered the new NO MESS DASH WAFFLE MAKER as reviewed by Serious Keto since it is larger and will make 2 full “sandwiches” at one time. Thanks for your vid and enthusiasm.

  3. I have a question. – not sure you answer through this venue. Is it possible to double the recipe? When I did they didn’t taste the same – not much pumpkin flavor.

  4. Found you through youtube and decided to try these but didn’t have the psyllium or the sweetener for the icing. So I subbed ground flax seed for the psyllium and used flavored stevia for the frosting. NOPE & NOPE! LOL. So I ordered the Lakanto today and will pick up the psyllium tomorrow. Crossing fingers it works!
