This recipe was inspired by Maria Emmerich and I’m just going to share my changes. Her recipe is a lifesaver to the PSMF way of eating and I highly suggest you check out her website, Maria Mind Body Health.
Use this psmf bread recipe for so many things such as bread, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls, etc. I swapped the sweetener that is used in the original recipe and use my favorite keto sweetener, BochaSweet, instead.
This bread recipe yields 4 servings for me with each serving containing 19g of protein. This psmf bread is a fluffy spongy texture and has very little flavor. I would honestly say there is 0 egg flavor since the whites of the eggs are used only. I use a cookie sheet for more even cooking and also to be in the shape of bread slices.
