If you were watching the Total Carb Challenge during week 1 you probably saw my mom’s tasty turkey burgers. Here’s her recipe for 12 turkey burgers.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped green peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp oat fiber
2 tsp psyllium husk powder
3 tablespoons almond flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
