Lemon chicken marinades are always fresh and tasty. They also are naturally low carb and easy to make. This recipe is was inspired from one of my favorite resources for keto recipes, All Day I Dream About Food. Use this recipe with chicken and enjoy some grilled veggies along with it!
Lemon Chicken Marinade:
1.5 pounds chicken breast
2 Tablespoons avocado oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
Veggies for 2:
186 grams broccoli, raw
824 grams squash, raw
3 tablespoons avocado oil
