Keto Teriyaki Chicken & Roasted Broccoli

Use this marinade on chicken or beef. It will certainly be a crowd pleaser and a favorite in your recipe lineup. The bonus is it being sugar and gluten free!

Ingredients:

Marinade:
1/4 cup coconut aminos
3 Tablespoons avocado oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tablespoon Lakanto (powdered)

Add this marinade to chicken or beef for at least 30 mins before grilling. This recipe yields 1 to 1.5 pounds of meat.

Roasted Broccoli:

750 grams broccoli, raw
6 tablespoons avocado oil
salt & pepper

Roast at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Flip your broccoli half way through cooking.
