Keto Roasted Pecans

So a lot of the store bought nuts contain unwanted ingredients like soybean oil and sugar. Plus, nuts cost a ton so why not make your own? This way you can control what goes in your tasty snacks.

Here’s what you’ll need. A 2lb bag of nuts (I’m on a pecan kick right now so that’s what I’m using), 4 tablespoons butter (or fat of your choice), and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter and pour over nuts. Add salt and mix until evenly coated. Roast in the oven for 10 mins. Remove and flip the nuts so they roast evenly. Add more salt to taste. Place back in the oven for another 8-10 mins.

Once they cool down you should store in a air tight container. Viola!

Each serving of pecans is one ounce or 30 grams.
