Week 2 is approaching so I am uploading the file for the week 2 meal plan and the shopping list now so you can gather the needed grocery items. Keep in mind I don’t list quantities on the shopping list because your serving sizes will differ from mine depending on how many people you are cooking/preparing for.
Quick tip! Add the items into carb manager (or myfitnesspal) and play around with serving sizes. Watch how increasing or decreasing the weights of each item changes your macros. It’s nice to see it ahead of time to prepare for the upcoming day of meals. After all, success will be determined by how much you’re willing to learn!
