Today was another easy day of keto recipes. We start the day off enjoying a 3 egg omelet with cheddar cheese and side of Canadian bacon. Snack is my usual keto coffee and dinner was loaded cauliflower soup with baked chicken. I was still hungry after dinner so I ate a handful or roasted macadamia nuts to end my full day of eating keto.
Dinner was baked chicken and I served it with loaded cauliflower soup. You can use a rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken if you want. The loaded cauliflower soup is not my recipe. However, it is something I do make often when it’s cold. You do not need an instant pot to make this recipe. A crock pot or dutch oven will work just fine with this recipe.
