Welcome to day 6 of the CLEAN 30! You’re almost through with the first week! You should be incredibly proud of yourself. The meal plan for today was another easy favorite recipe I make often. You can’t go wrong with an omelet and sausage links for breakfast, a Perfect Keto birthday cake protein bar with keto coffee and buffalo chicken meatballs completed with a side of garlic green beans. YUM!
My 3 egg omelet was made with 1 tablespoon of butter melted in the pan with 3 eggs (scrambled) and stuffed with 1 ounce (30 grams) of feta cheese. I also had 3 of the chicken sausage links on the side.
Keto coffee (2 TBS heavy cream, 1 scoop unflavored collagen, and black coffee) with a Perfect Keto birthday cake protein bar was my midday snack.
Dinner was Buffalo Chicken Meatballs with a side of Garlic Green Beans.
