Today was a fun day because I got a workout in and had a great day of eating. We’ll start off lunch with hardboiled eggs, chicken sausage links, avocado, and roasted nuts. Since I went on a 5 mile walk I also had a protein shake. For dinner we kept it simple with a hamburger and steamed broccoli.
