Keto Rewind January CLEAN 30 Day 30

Two days left before you are flying solo!! You should be so proud of yourself for making it this far. I have plans this evening and needed a quick and easy keto recipe. I made this up at lunch time so that when it’s dinner we can grab a bowl and go. I also managed to get in a 3 mile walk and walking every day prepares my mind to make better choices for the rest of the day.

Lunch: 170 grams (3/4 cup) 2% Fage Plain Greek Yogurt with 3 eggs

Snack: Keto Coffee

Dinner: Low Carb Turkey Chili
