Keto Rewind January CLEAN 30 Day 3

Welcome to day 3 of the CLEAN 30! We’re about half way through the first week so keep going! Lunch was scrambled eggs and bacon with a side of roasted pecans and dinner was top sirloin with steamed broccoli. Also, I got a slam ball and I’m putting together a workout routine that I hope to post next week for you to try!

Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs with a splash of hot sauce, 3 slices of homemade bacon and roasted pecans.

Snack: keto coffee (black coffee, 2 TBS heavy cream, and 1 scoop unflavored collagen)

Dinner: top sirloin with butter sauce and steamed broccoli
