We kicked off the morning with a 5.5 mile walk, followed by a delicious keto lunch consisting of sliced turkey, nuts and avocado. This dinner is one of my favorite meals because the cut of meat, tri-tip, is so tender. If you’re unable to find that cut at your meat market, swap for a ribeye, flat iron or sirloin. Another thing I like to do towards the end of each week is roast whatever vegetables I have leftover in the fridge.
