We are in the home stretch so if you’re still with me on this journey to lose weight, great job! I have been walking consistently for nearly 2 weeks now and I’m starting to feel the effort on my body. My head is clear, my mode has improved and my body is transforming to a healthier me. We kicked the day off with easy scrambled eggs, bacon and a protein shake. Snack was my usual keto coffee and dinner was Avocado Chicken With Salad. I had room for a bonus dessert in my macros today so I’m sharing a treat for you – Pecan Cream Fat Bombs!
Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs in bacon grease, 3 slices homemade bacon, and a protein shake.
Snack: keto coffee
Dinner: Grilled Avocado Chicken. This is a absolutely delicious recipe if you’re on a keto or low carb diet. The chicken marinade is just perfect! If you’re a guacamole fan this will quickly be a staple recipe in your house. This recipe was from Gimmie Delicious and all I did to make it healthier was swap the olive oil in the marinade for avocado oil and serve it over a blend of kale and romaine lettuce.
