It was Sunday for me when I filmed this video. I had a chance to get a 5 mile walk with Kyle despite the rain. When we came back from our walk we made a simple breakfast and that fueled the rest of the weekend errands/chores. My oldest daughter wanted to help me make dinner. I like to make dinners a little more special on Sundays so being that I got my exercise in, I rewarded myself with a SmartBUN on my hamburger.
Lunch: 5 ounces sliced turkey with a squirt of mustard for dipping, a hardboiled egg and a protein shake with cinnamon
Snack: keto coffee
Dinner: Hamburgers with dill pickles, avocado and zucchini fries
