Keto Rewind January CLEAN 30 Day 24

Another full day eating keto kicked off with an egg and Canadian bacon sandwich on keto toast followed by dinner consisting of bacon wrapped chicken with roasted vegetables. It was deliciously satisfying and took minimal time to make. Who knew you could eat this way and lose weight!?

Lunch: 3 eggs fried in butter with 3 slices Canadian bacon on 2 slices of keto toast

Snack: keto coffee

Dinner: Bacon wrapped chicken and roasted vegetables
