Welcome to week 4 of the CLEAN 30! As you can tell, I’m getting a little more fancy in my recipes and building on the basics from the beginning of the challenge. I am short on time this evening due to an event at my kid’s school so we’re making dinner for lunch. Plus, we will be home later in the evening so making up some eggs is a quick and easy way to get dinner on the table fast.
Lunch: 3 baked eggs with Canadian bacon and avocado slices
Snack: keto coffee with unflavored collagen
Dinner: Keto Beef & Broccoli
