Meal 1: 3 fried eggs with 3 chicken sausage links
Snack: keto coffee (black coffee, heavy cream and 1 scoop unflavored collagen)
Meal 2: Top Sirloin Steak Salad with roasted pecans, chopped avocado, pumpkin seeds, etc topped with buttermilk ranch dressing
