Alright, it’s day 2. Let’s do this! Today we are using leftover turkey burgers to make a tasty salad. This is also a meal I will occasionally have for dinner for those nights I’m short on time. I forgot to include the roasted pecans that I made in the video but you can watch it and learn how easy it is to make your own roasted nuts. I always sip on my keto coffee while making dinner and tonight’s dinner is grilled chicken with veggie cauliflower rice.

It’s important to note that it is up to you to consider your own portion sizes based on your own body’s needs. I’m normally cooking for either 2, 4 or 6 servings depending on the day but most of the dinners will be for 6 people this month. Enter the recipe into carb manager to determine the macros and use that to determine your portion sizes you need.
