My dinner tonight was Beef & Chicken Fajitas with homemade Pico de Gallo, guacamole and salsa. Being that the veggies in this recipe do contain carbs, I did not choose to make a cauliflower rice to go along with it to save on carbs. If I was at maintenance or not wanting to lose weight, I would have totally made the rice to go with this.
Lunch was pretty self explanatory, sliced turkey with cheddar cheese cubes, and with roasted nuts.
