We are now into week 3 of the CLEAN 30 and it was time to introduce slightly more difficult recipes while keeping the spirit of the challenge. This General Tso’s Chicken Ball recipe can be baked (for a lighter option) or pan fried. Choose whichever method is easiest for you.
Meal #1 was pretty self explanatory so I didn’t film it in order to keep the overall length of the video shorter. I think it’s safe to know you know how to fry some eggs and bacon. I did want to add that I had pumpkin seeds for a snack today along with my keto coffee. Pumpkin seeds are a great snack because there’s a ton of pumpkin seeds in a 1/4 cup while also being loaded with zinc, iron, magnesium and protein. I also like to enjoy pumpkin seeds on my salads and stir fry dinners.
On the menu tonight was General Tso’s Chicken Balls served with Roasted Broccoli.
