Keto Rewind January CLEAN 30 Day 12

I love the recipes that were on my video today. It’s cold and soup always tastes wonderful on a chilly day. Additionally, it’s Tuesday so I’m always in the mood for “Taco Tuesday” but ketostyle of course! Use this recipe and make your own taco seasoning! I kept lunch pretty basic because I knew dinner was going to be higher in fats and carbs. I seem to keep lunch containing less carbohydrates to allow for more room in my macros for dinner.

Meal #1: 3 scrambled eggs and homemade bacon with a protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk

Snack: keto coffee (black coffee, 2 tablespoons heavy cream and 1 scoop unflavored collagen)

Meal #2: Creamy Taco Soup with avocado slices and roasted pecans. Use this recipe and make your own taco seasoning!
