This beautiful day was kicked off by a 5 mile walk with Kyle. Even though it was 40 degrees and windy, it’s not an excuse to not move your body. Lunch was a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and my afternoon keto coffee. Dinner was meatloaf with garlic green beans and we’re going to reinvent those meatloaf leftovers for tomorrow’s dinner.
