HI Jess, I’m looking for your turkey burger recipe that you made at your camp just a week or so ago. I’ll just watch the episode again if I can figure out which one it was. Thanks for sharing these recipes. I’ve started the ketogenic diet a few times, but found it hard to stay with it when I was the only one doing it in my family of 5. Now my husband is on board and eating one meal a day. He’s lost 17 lbs in 2 weeks! I have been losing, but at a slower pace. I’m going to try the 2 day egg fast to kick start it again.
Anyway, I’m fairly new to your channel but love hearing your tips and tricks!
