1 scoop Perfect Keto Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
1 tsp ground cinnamon or 1 Tablespoons SF chocolate chips (optional)
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large coffee cup. Add almond milk and stir. Microwave for 2 mins (microwave times will vary). Let cool and top with sugar free whipped cream or nut butter.
