Keto Meatloaf With Garlic Green Beans

Meatloaf is a great dinner recipe that you can have a million ways. Swap the ground beef for any kind of meat such as ground turkey, ground chicken, pork or a combination to keep it interesting. Same thing goes for the side of veggies – enjoy this meatloaf with your favorite green veg!

Keto Meatloaf With Garlic Green Beans

This meatloaf can really be made with any ground meat of your choice such as beef, pork or chicken. Swap out the protein 1:1 if you want to switch it up.
Servings 12


  • 2 pounds ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sugar free ketchup

Garlic Green Beans

  • 12 servings green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Mix all ingredients together (except ketchup). Spray nonstick loaf pans with avocado oil and then divide mixture into 2 loaf pans. Spread evenly into pan and then add the ketchup on top. Bake for 30 mins or until center reaches 165 degrees.
    Meanwhile, steam green beans until tender. Drain and place back into pan. Add butter and spices and mix.
    I typically serve myself 6 oz of green beans with 6 oz of meatloaf.
