Ingredients
- 6 oz leftover meatloaf
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut 6 oz of meatloaf from a prepared meatloaf. Dice meatloaf up into 1" cubes. Add butter to a fry pan and melt. Add meatloaf and salt & pepper. Mix.Flip the meatloaf cubes to get a crunch of all sides.Serve!
Notes
I generally do 5-6 oz of meatloaf per tablespoon of butter for each serving as a guideline serving size.
