Keto Italian Style Croutons
1 scoop unflavored whey protein
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp Lakanto classic sweetener
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp xantham gum
1/4 tsp pink salt
1 TBS italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
70 grams water
Mix all ingredients together and add to a flat bottomed, microwave safe bowl. Nuke for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Slice into 1″ squares and place on a baking sheet. Toast until they are crispy. My air fryer took 5 minutes on the air fryer setting at 200 degrees.
