This is such an easy keto recipe that is great for Friday nights or the weekends when you are feeling “extra” haha! Swap out the protein and keep it fun. The combinations are endless on the ways you can make this easy keto hamburger bowl. Here’s how I made mine!
What you’ll need for 4 burgers:
1 pound 80/20 ground beef (or turkey)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
60 grams bacon crumbles
8 tbs cheese (I used Boursin)
1 TBS secret sauce (recipe below)
Add beef, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder together and mix. Form into 4 patties. Grill as usual. Meanwhile, fry up 4 eggs in 1 tablespoon of butter. Prepare secret sauce and build bowl.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! I used 1 tablespoon prepared on my burger bowls.
