Keto Farmer’s Skillet

This is a quick and easy breakfast that is great for the weekends or meal prepping. Take this easy keto brunch or breakfast and enjoy it on the go! You can swap out the veggies and make it your own version of the Farmer’s Skillet.

You’ll need:

1 pound ground sausage
1 green pepper, diced
1 white onion, diced
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons butter

Saute the veggies on the griddle or in a fry pan. Add salt & pepper and cook until tender. Remove from pan and cook up sausage. Add remaining spices and cook until browned. Serve with the sauted veggies.

Optional: add cheese on top, hot sauce or sriracha sauce
