Keto Copy Cat Zoe’s Power Plate Recipe

Ingredients:

10 oz thinly sliced cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
2 turkey burgers
60 grams feta cheese

3 TBS red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Mix dressing all together and pour over cabbage. Mix well and add to a bowl. Crumble feta cheese and place turkey burger on top. Enjoy! Makes 2 bowls.
