Turkey Burger Power Plate

This is a deliciously inspired copy cat recipe from Zoe's restaurant that makes a great lunch.

  • 4 turkey burgers
  • 120 grams feta cheese
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded


  • 6 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 10 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


  • Mix dressing all together and pour over cabbage. Mix well and add to a bowl.
    Crumble feta cheese and place turkey burger on top.
    Enjoy! Makes 4 bowls.


Save time and use shredded cabbage that comes in the coleslaw mixes instead of using a food processor or knife.
