Turkey Burger Power Plate
This is a deliciously inspired copy cat recipe from Zoe's restaurant that makes a great lunch.
Ingredients
- 4 turkey burgers
- 120 grams feta cheese
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
Dressing
- 6 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 4 tbsp powdered erythritol
- 10 drops liquid stevia
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix dressing all together and pour over cabbage. Mix well and add to a bowl. Crumble feta cheese and place turkey burger on top. Enjoy! Makes 4 bowls.
Notes
Save time and use shredded cabbage that comes in the coleslaw mixes instead of using a food processor or knife.
