I love coffee! I start my day off with a black cup of coffee to maximize the health benefits from intermittent fasting. In the afternoon, I will have my keto coffee treat. Right now I’m having it iced because it’s summer but as we transition to fall and winter I will have it hot.

Daily afternoon coffee:
1 cup black coffee
1 scoop Perfect Keto Unflavored Collagen
2 tbsp heavy cream
I use a milk frother to mix the coffee up and make it extra creamy!
Variation 1:

- 1 cup coffee
- 1 tbsp NuNaturals Pumpkin Spice Syrup or Salted Caramel
Variation 2:
- 1 scoop Perfect Keto Collagen (Unflavored)
- 1 cup coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 TBS Lakanto Syrup (Caramel)
- 1-2 cups ice

- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1-2 cups ice
