This is such an easy recipe that compliments any kind of protein. I usually make this up and serve it with chicken or pork but the options are endless with this easy keto recipe. Fun fact, even my kids love this cauliflower rice!
What you’ll need:
1 package of riced cauliflower (frozen or fresh)
3 TBS butter
1 TBS Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
If you use frozen cauliflower just add to a dry fry pan and let defrost. Once the riced cauliflower is thawed and the water from being frozen is dried out add the butter and spices. Cover for about 5-8 minutes until cooked. Makes 4 servings.
