I make this recipe at least 2-3 times a month. It’s quick, easy and delicious! You can serve it over cauliflower rice or with a side of a roasted veggie like broccoli. Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 3/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Dice up chicken into bite sized pieces and then add all spices: onion powder, tumeric, ginger, salt, chili powder, and cinnamon. Mix well until chicken is evenly coated. Cook in a medium fry pan until tender. The add heavy cream, tomato paste and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve with cauliflower rice or roasted veggies.
