You’ll need a keto approved sweetener like Swerve to make this recipe. You;ll also need a squirt bottle or mason jar. You can find mason jars at your local grocery store or use this link to order from Amazon.

Ingredients:
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 cup Filtered Water
1/4 cup Swerve (Lakanto Sweetener or Swerve)
3 tbsp White vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp Pink Sea Salt
3/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/8 tsp Ground Cloves
1/8 tsp Mustard Powder
Sugar Free Ketchup
Ingredients
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cup keto sweetener Swerve/Lakanto/BochaSweet
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp mustard powder
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a pan and place on stovetop. Use a whisk to blend. Cover pan and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Store in a mason jar in the fridge.
