Mix butter, cream cheese, garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper and heavy whipping cream in a pan. Stir constantly for 10 mins until sauce thickens. Then add parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Serve with grilled chicken and roasted veggies!

Your Alfredo Sauce sounds so good, I wanted to know how much is a serving size. I will probably answer my own question, you feed a family of 4, so maybe 1/2 cup, I will assume.
