For the month of June 2021 we will be doing a Alternate Day Fasting weight loss challenge. Please use this as inspiration for your own journey. You do not have to do exactly what I’m doing for success. I am doing an every other day fasting routine because I found it easier to do. Having a two day eating spread made it harder to jump back to fasting the following day. That’s what worked for us. Test it out and see what works best for YOU!
Also, if you are new to fasting don’t start with this strict routine. Instead, try intermittent fasting first and gradually work up to alternate day fasting.
