We like to do pizza night on Fridays. We are big fans of the Fathead dough and use the dough in many recipes such as pizza, rolls, calzones, etc. Some folks are not a fan of the Fathead dough and prefer it’s friend, cauliflower pizza crust, instead. I stumbled on this recipe from Low Carb Maven and tried this variation that adds vanilla whey protein powder.
