I’ve really enjoy this egg loaf recipe since I began my keto journey. I make it all the time to save on cooking and also because it easily converts to french toast or pancakes. I made a slight change to the recipe by adding a scoop or two of vanilla protein powder. You can make this recipe many ways but simply adjusting the spices and sweeteners.
8 tablespoons butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1-2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
