- Slow Cooker
- 16 oz salsa
- 2 pounds chicken breast
Instant Pot Method
- Using your instant pot, place one jar of salsa into pan. Add chicken and mix. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.Remove and shred or slice chicken. Place chicken back into pot. You can simmer it so the liquid cooks off a bit or serve immediately.
Slow Cooker Method
- Add one jar salsa and chicken on top in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for at least 4-6 hours. Remove and shred or slice chicken. Place chicken back into pot.
