Pretty happy with my work in the gym. I got 155lbs for 2 reps pretty easily in the bench press today. 💪Now to finish the rest of my "push" day!!! Don't be afraid of lifting heavy ladies!!!

Lunch today: 2 turkey burgers smothered in mustard and a splash of dill relish. Washing it down with a giant glass of water. KEEP IT SIMPLE! 💪❤️💪

Wow! It's been a minute since I've been on IG! I am going to be posting short workouts and recipes here again, along with my weekly weight loss updates. It's leg day for me so I better get back to lifting! 💪💕✌️

For my 3 year keto anniversary, I rewarded myself for putting my health first and for all the life changing hard work that went into my weight loss journey with some Nano Brows! Thanks to @beautysquaredmckinney for giving me low maintenance, permanent brows! I started with microbladed brows (3 years ago) but wanted to try the nano brows this time. Now all I do is put on my tinted moisturizer, mascara and I'm ready for my day!

Getting some new moves learned in my gym routine to attack my glutes, quads and hamstrings! Thanks to @shopemersonjane for the cute sweatshirt and @yvettesports_official for my favorite leggings!!
