Keto Coffee

I love coffee! I start my day off with a black cup of coffee to maximize the health benefits from intermittent fasting. In the afternoon, I will have my keto coffee treat. Right now I’m having it iced because it’s summer but as we transition to fall and winter I will have it hot.
